I was lucky enough to have been given a wonderful horse “Moxie”. I had no intentions of having a horse right now, but when the opportunity came up, I decided there was no time like the present! Once I saw her I knew I had to take her home.
In a nutshell, working with Lisa gave me the tools to work on my own, to become Alpha, and for me, the best thing has been to be able to love this horse without fear.
I have developed a lot of fear over the years. I had no confidence and my imagination was playing with me as far as things the horse could do to injure me!!!!!!!! Of course, she could sense my absolute inadequacy, so she head butted and nipped.
